The Eagle Rock Art Guild’s
Annual Sidewalk Art Festival

July 20-21, 2024

The Eagle Rock Art Guild’s Annual Sidewalk Art Festival is a two-day event that is held at the Greenbelt in Idaho Falls. It is made possible through the volunteers of the Eagle Rock Art Guild, the oldest art organization in the state of Idaho.

The quality and variety of the artwork is exceptional. The Art Festival is held on the fourth weekend in July and attracts over 15,000 people each year. Admission to the festival is FREE.  

The Art Guild also sponsors a large variety of food vendors and live entertainment. The Art Guild also provides an extensive advertising program in support of the Annual Sidewalk Art Festival.

Sidewalk Art Festival Fees

Non-Member Information & Fees

$25 Jury Fee (non-refundable)
$200 Single Booth (12’x12’)
$400 Double Booth (12’x24’)

Application and fees are due by July 1st, 2024.

If applying by mail, include a completed application, check for the $25 jury fee (new

vendors) and a separate check for the booth fee made out to “ERAG”. The booth fee check will not be deposited until the exhibitor has been accepted.

If the exhibitor is not selected to participate in the SWAF, the booth fee will be returned.

There will be a $35 returned check fee for each check that is returned by the bank. If applying through the ERAG website and accepted, a square invoice will be sent to your email address for the applicable fees. A processing fee of $5 will be added to the booth invoice.

Application and fees are due by July 1st, 2024. ERAG membership dues must be paid prior to July 1st, 2024, otherwise, non-member booth fees will apply.

There will be a $35 returned check fee for any check that is returned by the bank.

If applying through the ERAG website, a square invoice will be sent to your email address for the applicable fee(s) which must be paid by July 1st. A processing fee of $5 will be added to the booth invoice.

Membership fees may be paid by card via a Square invoice and will include a $5 processing fee.

MEDIA CATEGORIES

  • PAINTING/DRAWING Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor, Pastel, Pencil, Charcoal, Ink and Mixed Media.*

  • PHOTOGRAPHY Original photographs. *

  • PRINT MAKING Hand manipulated plates, stones or screens resulting in original works, signed and numbered as limited editions.

  • SCULPTURE Three-dimensional original works done in any medium will be considered, including ironwork.

  • JEWELRY Work produced from metal, clay, glass, fiber or mixed medium must be entered in this category. Non-commercial casts, molds or strung beads will be considered (items must be the original work of the artist).

  • FIBER Basket weaving and original woven textiles

  • WOOD Original hand tooled, machine worked or carved work, functional and non-functional.

  • GLASS Hand-blown or Stained Glass, Stained glass must be original design and one of a-kind in nature.

  • CERAMICS All original clay work must be hand thrown or built, no machine made, mold made, pre-cast or mass-produced work will be accepted.

  • Artwork must be original, designed and produced by the exhibiting artist(s).
    * Reproduction of artwork must be in limited quantities and should be numbered/signed by the artist when possible.

  • No mass-produced kits or manufactured crafts, and no uncut or unset gems are allowed. Nudes or distasteful art is not allowed, as this is a family event.

ART IMAGE SUBMISSION

New vendors are required to submit 5 images of their art and one image of the display booth to be juried.

Photos may be submitted electronically by applying through our website, or by mail. If mailing photos, label each with your name, medium and category. Images must be representative of the work to be displayed.
